Accessibility Statement

Our standard

Solantis Health targets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for this website. We apply the same standard to the development of the BridgeCase product itself: accessibility is treated as a design requirement from the component level up, not a retrofit. Nonprofits, schools, and public agencies have accessibility obligations of their own, and the software they run on should not be the thing that puts those obligations at risk.

Measures we take on this website

• Semantic HTML — real headings in order, one H1 per page, landmarks for navigation and content, and lists marked up as lists
• Keyboard navigation — every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, in a logical order
• Visible focus — focus indicators are styled to be seen, not suppressed
• Reduced-motion support — the site honors the prefers-reduced-motion setting and disables animation for users who request it
• Contrast-checked palette — text and interactive colors are checked against AA contrast ratios in the design system, not per page
• Accessible forms — the demo and contact forms use programmatically associated labels, and error messages are tied to the fields they describe

Accessibility in the product

The BridgeCase interface is built against the same WCAG 2.2 AA target — keyboard operability for daily workflows, screen-reader-compatible patterns for core tasks like recording sessions and reviewing records, and the same contrast-checked color tokens used here. Conformance is verified by testing rather than asserted. Organizations that evaluate against accessibility requirements are welcome to make that part of a demo — we would rather show you how the interface behaves with a keyboard and a screen reader than ask you to take our word for it.

Known limitations

We test with a combination of automated checks and manual keyboard and screen-reader review, and that testing is ongoing rather than finished, and issues may exist that testing has not yet surfaced. When issues are reported or discovered, we prioritize anything that blocks completing a task on the site, such as reading product information or submitting the demo form.

If any part of this website is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to know. Email accessibility@solantis.health with the page address and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the browser and assistive technology you were using. We read every report, aim to respond within five business days, and treat access barriers as defects to fix — not feedback to file.
