Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the marketing website only — not the BridgeCase product.
Effective date: August 8, 2026
This policy covers the website, not the product
Solantis Health (“we,” “us”) operates this website to describe BridgeCase, youth and family program management software, and to let prospective customers reach us. This policy covers only the information collected through this website.
When an organization becomes a BridgeCase customer, the participant and household records it manages in the product are governed by a separate customer agreement, under which the customer organization — not BridgeCase — owns its data. You can read more about that posture on our security page and in Security & Governance.
Information we collect
Information you submit
When you request a demo or contact us, we ask for your name, work email address, organization, role, organization type, and a short description of the challenge you are trying to solve. All of it is provided voluntarily, and you control what you write in free-text fields.
Analytics events
We may record which pages are visited, which links and buttons are clicked (for example, a demo request), the page that referred you here, and general browser and device characteristics. See the analytics section below for how this works.
Technical logs
Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs — requested URLs, timestamps, response codes, and IP addresses — used for reliability, debugging, and abuse prevention.
What we do not collect
No youth or family case data is requested or knowingly collected through this website. Our forms are designed for professional contact information only. Please do not include names, case details, or any other personal information about young people or families in a form submission. If we discover that a submission contains such information, we will delete it.
How we use information
- Responding to your inquiry or demo request
- Scheduling and preparing demos relevant to your programs
- Understanding which pages and content are useful so we can improve the site
- Keeping the website secure and reliable
We do not use the information you submit for unrelated purposes, and we do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 only when analytics is enabled for a given deployment, configured with IP anonymization and without advertising features. If analytics is not enabled, no analytics data is collected. We use analytics to understand aggregate behavior — which pages answer buyers' questions — not to build individual profiles.
Cookies
The site sets cookies only as needed for basic operation and, when analytics is enabled, for measuring aggregate usage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site remains usable without them.
How long we keep information
Form submissions are retained while we handle your inquiry and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we are in an ongoing conversation with your organization or you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is retained according to the limited retention period configured in the analytics tool. Server logs are kept for a short operational window and then rotated.
When we share information
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site and respond to inquiries — such as website hosting, email delivery, and lead-routing tools — under obligations to use it solely on our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the security of the site.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email privacy@solantis.health and we will verify the request and respond. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under applicable privacy laws; we honor those requests regardless of jurisdiction where we reasonably can.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for professionals evaluating software for their organizations. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. If you believe a child has submitted information to this site, contact privacy@solantis.health and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as our practices change, and we will review it as BridgeCase approaches general availability — the product will carry its own, more detailed data-handling commitments in customer agreements. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
